Our goal is to raise $2,000 to support those affected by the COVID-19 pandemic and have widespread community participation to maximize our impact on those who need it most. Our organization also helps to promote environmental sustainability by reselling items that would have otherwise been thrown away.

We all have items in our house that aren’t useful to us now, but could be just the right thing for someone else! My family has been clearing out old items recently, and we’ve found tons of items that we’ve grown out of but other people could use. This became my inspiration for this fundraiser, as I imagine other households are in the same situation. Instead of throwing away these perfectly useful items and damage our environment further, you can help continue the cycle of giving.

If you have any items that you simply don’t need anymore, I can help refurbish it and sell it online to our local community on sites such as Next Door and Hillsborough Together, and donate the money to those less fortunate. These types of items just take up clutter in the house, when they could be going to other people who would love to have them while also benefiting those hit hard by the current state of the world.

Here are just a few examples of items you can donate, but any donations of any items are welcome!

  • Dolls (Barbie, American Girl Doll, Bratz, etc.)

  • Books (Any genre or age)

  • Action Figures

  • Sports Cards

  • Legos

  • Board/Card Games

  • Toys

  • Textbooks

We can make a difference for our community.
